EventFast.com, Inc. is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to enable individuals and organizations to establish trusting relationships based on respect for personal identity and information by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the site WWW.EVENTFAST.COM. Because we want to demonstrate our commitment to our users’ privacy, we have agreed to disclose our privacy practices and have them reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

Contact Information
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information such as their name and e-mail address. We use this information to initially enable our EventFast Booking Service. This will mean your contact information could eventually be shared with potential bands/event organizers who are interested in hiring you. We also use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user promotional material on behalf of some of our partners. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary for following up with their account. Users may opt-out of receiving future promotional mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Company Testimonials/Notable Quotes
We post customer notable quotes on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name. We do obtain the customer's consent prior to to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial This site sends an e-mail to each customer directly to obtain consent to use his/her full name, event type, city, state, and quote for use on our company's Testimonials page (http://www.EventFast.com/testimonials.asp) and in our Notable Quotes sections. Requests for removal of a customer testimonial can be done in two ways:

Credit Cards
We use a third party credit card processing company. We will only share the information needed to process your credit card payments. This third party company is prohibited from using the customers personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
