FastScan eliminates long entry lines with our expedited guest validation iPhone app. Instead of asking your guests to wait in line to have their names manually checked off a list—a timely and inefficient process for large and small events alike—you can use our solution, which validates your guests’ names, registration and/or ticket confirmation in a matter of seconds. In addition, FastScan also allows you utilize multiple entry points into your venue through use of our patented multi-user networking system, which automatically updates your master guest list once a guest’s ticket is scanned and checked into your event. This relieves the worry of duplicate guest check-ins and provides a real-time view of the number of guests that have arrived and checked into your event.

FastScan eliminates the use of printed guest lists or Excel spreadsheets. Our user-friendly FastScan iPhone app provides event hosts and door staff with one-touch access to their entire guest list (VIPs and general admission). By using your EventFast user name and password to sign into the application, FastScan allows you to select which events and which ticket types you want to validate. Check in guests at multiple doors using multiple scanners to really speed things up!!! Just sign in, select your event, and select which ticket type you wish to validate and begin validating your guest lists in a matter of seconds!!!

FastScan utilizes a “boarding pass” technology similar to what today’s airlines use. Instead of paying a ticket printing company to print hundreds or even thousands of paper tickets that may not be sold in their entirety, FastScan emails your patron an “e-ticket” that contains a unique barcode that holds their specific purchase information. Therefore, as with airlines, your guest only has to print the e-ticket from an email and present it at the door to be scanned to gain entry into your event. It’s that simple! This same process even works for free events or complimentary tickets. Because EventFast not only allows you to sell advance tickets, but also allows users to provide free guest registrations, your guest even receives an e-ticket for no-fee “comp” tickets and registrations. No leftover, unused or unsold printed tickets end up in the trash!!!
